The book helped me realize that God actually chose Trump to be president. This is an awesome thought. We must pray for him and support him and vote for him again in 2020.

I loved this book. I realized Donald Trump was not a flawless candidate when I voted for him. But who is? I do believe having a business man was better then another politician. He knows most of the people in New York having been a democrat in the past. And growing up in New York.I also believe he was successful in his life, raised his children well, And has changed as he grew older and realized just how corrupt our country is. I believe he has had a HEART CHANGE ALSO. That is the most important reason millions of Christians voted for this man. This book tells his life story and just how God can change a persons life. In the Bible God chose many man that were not flawless to lead. I truly believe God wanted this man in office to bring our country back to him and our Christians values honored once again.

Sometimes the Lord works in strange ways. If a people pray for his help and abide by his guidance, then he will act to help them. This is the resounding lesson of the Old Testament. Millions of people were praying for a recovery from the Obama days, and for a president who would put America back on the track of honesty and common sense. But, we must not relax. The Deep State - that is, the corrupt - will not rest trying to take this country down.

If you want to know the positive side of our president and the truth then read this book. I learned alot. these are the things the network news avoids telling us. It affirms my decision that he is human and not perfect but he is the right man for the job.I am now reading his next book 'Trump aftershock.'

I am one of those people of faith in God who were extremely grateful that we, as a nation, had an actual choice that wasn't just another politician. I am so grateful for this book that has enlightened me, on a much deeper level, as to what was going on behind the scenes not only from a political point of view, but from a spiritual point of view. I voted for Donald Trump and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend this book. It gives the whole picture not just an opinion.

The book provided a lot of information that I do not believe people know or understand about Donald Trump. It provides a background into his religious beliefs and the lengths he went to in order to have God on his side for this election. Trump knows he doesn’t “win things” all by himself, he knows his Lord is right beside him always in the things he does. This is good to know.

A poor read. Very little meat to this book. Not a lot of factual information to back the authors claims about divine intervention relative to this past election. While I believe that there was, the author did not do enough digging to substantiate and buttress his claims.

This is a book review about a trail that Backpacker Magazine has called twice America's greatest trail, the 212 mile long John Muir Trail (JMT) which starts at Yosemite Valley in California and ends at Whitney Portal after you finish getting to the summit of Mt. Whitney, the tallest mountain in the 48 contiguous US States. I just finished reading Elizabeth Wenk's 5th edition of her classic 2007, 4th edition, JMT Guide book. Both books are exactly 296 pages long (counting the introductory pages). The 5th edition book contains much more information (some written and much visual).In the previous edition she included information for both the popular direction (Southbound also called SOBO) and the less popular Northbound (also called NOBO). The new maps represent the biggest improvement from the 4th edition. They were created specifically for the book to be easy to read and show the relevant landscape on either side of the trail. They use 200 feet contour lines, versus 80 which enable one to see ridges vs valleys and determine approximate elevation levels, without being overly busy. All the place names and such stand out better with this format. Information from the book is directly plotted onto the maps. If photocopied, they'd be very readable on the trail, an extra bonus.The book now features panoramic images of what mountain peaks are seen from the top of the major JMT Passes, two images shown normally for these major passes, one looking north from the pass; the other looking south. This is what I consider the major reason to get the book if you already own the 4th edition and plan to do the trail again. She presents four panoramic images from the top of Mt. Whitney! The author explained to me she included a panorama for any pass with an open view so she skipped passes like Selden looking south or Donohue looking North, because there you are not looking straight at a "sea of peaks".Another new feature for the 5th edition is that she documents all of the JMT trail sections that are longer than 3 miles without any water or with few options to refill. You'll want to photocopy this page for your next hike!More information is given on the logistics of getting to and doing the hike, on water purification and water quality. She presents a comprehensive history of the making of the trail.She provides updated information throughout including referrals to JMT web sites and social groups that contain extensive, well cataloged information, such as mentioning twice the John Muir Trail Yahoo group which has about 3000 members.She now includes a section on Emergency Beacons and Contacts with emergency phone numbers.For those new to the JMT and Elizabeth Wenk, she has a doctorate in biology whose thesis was on the effects of rock type on alpine plant distribution and physiology. She instructs the reader on the geology, wildlife, and plant and tree life one sees during a JMT hike.Like with the 4th edition, but updated, she continues to show all the utilized camp sites, junctions, passes, and scenic waypoints of the trail. Alongside each map, she has a visual altitude profile of the hiking section involved. She covers in detail side trails and exit trails, including details and maps of the side towns near the exit trailheads. She also provides an Excel Spreadsheet (not in the book though) with included GPS files for your GPS devices containing all the tables in her book as well as additional information. Impressive and indicative of the thoroughness of the author's attention to detail.I highly recommend this book to all JMT enthusiasts, including those who have done the trail and want to revisit their walk from home. Getting the panoramic images with the peaks labeled is very interesting information to show one just what you're seeing (or have seen) on the trail. If you plan on doing the trail the first time or the nth time, this book is a must. An incredible accomplishment by an incredible researcher who is very attentive and considerate to the needs of her audience.

Had this in the top pocket of my pack when llama-packing most of the trail. I'd often pull it out as I'd walk to check on where I might be getting to or what I might be seeing. Although a very eager forest service ranger was bad mouthing the book (complaining it promoted illegal campsites, though that ranger's grip on the actual regulations was a bit over the top), there are really only two substantial complaints, neither fatal. One is that the book highlights particular campsites in a table at the end, and indeed some are questionable as the Forest Service has stricter rules on legal campsites than the parks; there are a large number of other places you can camp if you look (some of this is mentioned in the text). It is worth noting that the backcountry rangers in the parks have been replacing traditional fire rings with rock-lined fire pits; the presence of these well-constructed pits is a clue that a campsite is approved even if within 100' of water. The other is that the maps are a bit cruder than necessary; listing a few specific elevations on the maps might help. (Note that Sequoia has lowered the maximum elevation where you can have fires to 10,000' in the Kern backcountry, though that does not affect the campsites highlighted here). Given the tightening of permits at both ends of the Muir Trail, one could hope that future editions might expand a bit on the main alternatives to access the trail, especially the now-very-popular southern entry/exit through Horseshoe Meadows; most helpful would be a map or two for the busiest of these (the Mammoth entry points are reasonably well covered; it is the points south of the Muir Trail that could benefit most). One caution: this describes north-to-south travel. South to north is available as an online supplement.

Wow! Talk about receiving a wonderful gift--this book is it. You can stop flipping back-and-forth between map pages and trail descriptions and camp site possibilities. It is all right here in one place. The campsites on maps in each section of the trail guide provide the biggest improvement I see in the new edition. I am section hiking the JMT and chose to start in the middle and avoid the permit hassles at either end of the trail, so I very much appreciated the NOBO guide (which will still be available on line) last year. I am looking forward to using the new guide as I continue SOBO this year.

Hiking the JMT has been on my bucket list for years. I plan on hiking it next summer and I have no doubt this guide will be helpful. It's well-written so a pretty quick read. I actually read it cover-to-cover in a couple hours on a rainy night in Mt Rainier National Park (while backpacking of course). I'd probably get the digital copy so I didn't have to bring the bulk or maybe tear pages out, but I'd definitely want some copy with me as a resource.

This book has been a life - changer for me. Debilitating chronic pain has finally become manageable using this technique. This book sat on my shelf for a year as I struggled with 24/7 intractable pain. I thought it was too simple a solution for a pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Out of despiration I read the book that helped me identify and "tap through" varying factors of pain, pain perception and pain management.Now when pain strikes, I no longer run to the medicine cabinet. I start tapping. Granted, to those unfamiliar with tapping it may look a little stange, but I don't care.My physicians are stupified. I no longer require medications, injections etc. to manage CRPS, considered to be the most painful condition known to man. I have ordered several copies of this book to gift to others.

I wanted to write a review, because I was shocked that this works. Once you learn it, it's very simple and does not require perfection. I was very skeptical and I just assumed I would be throwing away more money searching out a solution for chronic back pain. I started tapping one night, and as the author states, my pain may become more intense, and it did. An hour later though it was nearly gone. As I continued day after day my pain was responding. It got more intense, it moved, it changed, but I was affecting it. It's only been a month and my pain is progressively diminishing in intensity and duration. Now, I have successfully used it to clear stuffy sinuses, sooth a bad stomach ache, calm anger associated with the back pain and even curb craving for unhealthy food. Incidentally I saw the book, The Tapping solution, a few years ago at a B&N, and passed it off as fraud. Now I'm doing it and really surprised it works.

I've known about EFT for years and have found it very helpful; but the way it was taught back then included some pretty complicated diagnostics, and different 'algorithms' for each condition or problem. It was a LOT to take in, especially if you're already stressed or hurting.Which is why I am so impressed with this book! Nick has honed and simplified this technique in a truly inspired way. The EFT series he teaches is both easy to learn and amazingly effective. You don't have to be an expert; from the very first time, you'll be able to see--and FEEL--the difference.

i own The Tapping Solutions the Revolutionary Solution, an excellent book, but I wanted to expand my use to body pain issues. I'm finding that this technique really really helps with all kinds of pain.And, I'm grateful for the expanded techniques.

This is a great book that has helped me manage my pain and improve my quality of life. It may sound strange at first and the exercises may feel awkward but I have found that it works. It is non-invasive and no side-effects so what have you got to loss in trying it. Maybe your pain? I have also found it to relieve the depression and anxiety that I experienced from have chronic pain. Easy to read and follow with great backgroung information. I hope you will find it works for you too.

This book is very informative, so I’m giving it a few stars.I’m not giving it 5 stars because I had to read a large portion of the book before the book tells you that for traumatic experiences relating to your pain, you need to see a trained professional. Had I know that, I would not have purchased the book to begin with and certainly would not have read so much of it. Plus, I’m getting the impression that a professional would be needed for most people for pain relief as the author guides his subjects at live events, and the reader has guidance, but not guidance specific to their case.

Wow! I have chronic back pain for over 20 yrs. which I'm still tapping on but after reading this book I'm finding a bunch of other stuff I never realized affecting my back pain and other pains in my body. Stuff in my childhood I never would expect or totally forgot about was causing stomach issues and anxieties. I have a long way to go yet in being pain free but I can see myself now having hope and getting there....GREAT BOOK!!!!!

This book has changed my life! I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and back and possibly rheumatoid arthritis, along with having chronic sciatic issues since a young age due to a sports injury. I did one session, yes ONE SESSION, and my pain is reduced. Typically my knee is at a 9 on SUDS andmy back when around a 9 as well. Today, my knee is at a 1 and my back is pain free! This is the first time in a whole year that I woke with NO PAIN! Thank you Nick. I love this book and highly recommend it. It is easy to understand and the techniques are simple to use. If you have pain, it is time for you to release it and live the life you deserve!!!

Nagarjuna makes me dream with Nalanda University and all the explosion of ideas that existed there 2000 years ago, same ideas and doubts we question and try to understand today!

If you are interested in getting an NPC (non-player character) to behave like a real person (or beast or robot) would behave, this book is for you. And the wonderful thing about it is that it is super easy to follow without getting lost or bored or confused. Patrick (the author) has a knack for creating bite-sized sections that take just a few minutes to get through and, once each section is done, you can run the game and see how what you just did changes the way the characters behave.You literally go from the book to Unity to the script editor (Visual Studio Community Edition for me) and back to the book constantly... NEVER just reading for 30 minutes and getting drowsy. And when you get done with a section, you don't feel like you just followed the instructions without knowing what you just did... Patrick moves at a perfect pace... Not too much detail, but not too high level. Just enough information to keep you thinking and engaged without bogging you down in theory or over-explaining things just to fill pages.I just can't say enough about the excellent style of this author. Once you start reading, you just want to keep going. It's almost like binge-watching a series on Netflix... You just want to stay up all night and keep going... and once you get to the end you feel like you have lost a friend. Luckily, Patrick has written other books for me to dive into.I figure an average reader with a little familiarity in Unity and C# (like if you already read one of his other books) should be able to get through this in 8-12 hours and come away with a solid understanding of the various ways to make your characters seem to have a mind of their own. You will not learn about every single checkbox or setting, but you will at least know where they are so that when the time comes you will know where to look.This one book has advanced my Unity proficiency further than all the other books and videos and other resources I have used combined. And it took me one day.

This book shows you how to make your characters 'think' and make decisions! It's really something when you see the programmed characters' behaviours change based on circumstances that are occurring. For instance, when the attackers health gets too low he runs back to a health pack or when he runs low on ammunition he runs to the nearest ammo pack or if he doesn't have enough team mates nearby he'll run away from you until he has more teammates.One thing that truly amazed me was giving my foes a sense of 'smell'. When the player is running around it leaves behind an invisible trail of breadcrumbs that fade over time and any foe that crosses the path of the breadcrumbs begins to follow them! This could be like a guard dog or tracking dog scenario. If I ran away fast enough the breadcrumb trail faded out and the tracker lost the track and went back to patrolling. This is great stuff!When I finished the book and I had two teams of players attacking each other and then I gave the command to abort the attack and my team members all ran back to me (my first person character), I was so amazed at what I was seeing take place.Most of the Unity books out there repeat most of the same basic stuff but this book goes way beyond that into some really useful stuff that I haven't seen anywhere else. I highly recommend it if you are ready to move past the basics and learn how to put real logic and 'thinking' into your games..

This book was short and to the point, very easy to read the content was clear with very little coding. An excellent introduction to this in-depth subject. It was surprising how much is already built into Unity.

After having read 'A Quick Guide to AI' by Patrick Felicia, I continued on my AI quest by reading this book. All I can say is that the way Patrick explains the subject is just amazing. He takes you from newbie to Pro and makes a highly complex topic such as AI extremely simple to understand.Get this book and you will be on your way to becoming an AI pro.

This book is highly recommended and has become an virtual life saver,I never thought that I would be able to make 3d games and simulate real world game play until I started using this book series where it breaks down steps into bite size chucks , looking forward to future work from this author

I've been a follower of Pats books since I first discovered his series on Unity. He presents an excellent and logical approach to development. He is also very supportive to users and is keen to take suggestions.With each book another key area to ones game development knowledge is logically added.I would highly recommend Pats books.
